Raw Cow’s Milk Kefir

Starting with milk fresh from our non-GMO, grass-fed Jersey cows, our fermentation process preserves nature’s most nourishing food. Using traditional kefir grains, we ferment or predigest the milk to increase probiotics and vitamins and to aid digestibility. Add to any diet or serve alone.

INGREDIENTS

Raw cow’s milk, dried Lactococcus lactis fermentation product, dried Lactococcus cremoris fermentation product, dried Lactobacillus bulgaricus fermentation product, dried Lactobacillus kefir fermentation product, dried Lactobacillus acidophilus fermentation product, dried Leuconostoc cremoris fermentation product, dried Lactobacillus caucasicus fermentation product, liquid Saccromyces kefir fermentation product.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Thaw 6 hours at room temperature then in refrigerator for 3 days. Good for 14 days refrigerated.
