Southern States® Timothy

Southern States Timothy is a shallow rooted, winter hardy perennial forage bunch grass, ideal for cold, wet environments. Timothy has very good forage quality; most forage yield occurs in the spring and fall with summer regrowth being highly dependent on available soil moisture and temperature. Southern States Timothy is capable of producing forage on wet soils, but for optimum production, use on well-drained soils.
